Fat Nancy’s Summer of Love

Ingredients 8 red grapes (preferably seedless) 50ml Finlandia mango vodka 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon) 50ml freshly pressed (cloudy) apple juice 20ml passion fruit coulee (pass one passion fruit inside through a sieve) Sauvignon Blanc (enough to top) Ice cubes Muddle the grapes in the bottom of a Boston shaker with the mango vodka, add the lemon juice, apple juice and passion fruit coulee. Fill the shaker to the top with ice, shake it like a Polaroid picture and strain over ice into a Singapore sling glass or large wine glass. Top with Sauvignon Blanc.
