The Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) have announced that the outdoor screenings return to THE BEACH this December. Film Fans will be treated to an exciting selection of screenings in a complimentary event beneath the stars for eight nights.

In a celebration of all things cinematic, the films this year will be showing at the Beach. It is a new addition to the retail and F&B landscape in JBR. The Beach is another one of Dubai’s developments catering to both local residents and tourists. Set against a scenic backdrop of the Arabian Sea, the destination provides an ensemble of options for community engagement including a host of outdoor activities, fitness facilities, retail stores, Cinema, restaurants, ‘The Market’, as well as ‘Splash Pad’, a play-area for kids – plentiful choices for a good day out.

On the opening night of the DIFF, film fans will be able to watch all the action live as it unfolds from the red carpet before nestling into your giant beanbag and enjoying a highly anticipated film curated by DIFF’s programmers, with entry on a first-come, first-served basis.

The festival is about bringing the community together and our carefully curated showcase of films have been specifically designed to ensure there is a film for everyone. We urge everyone to join us for our outdoor film screenings as we celebrate some of the greatest films of the year and deliver another stellar festival for audiences in the UAE.”

The free screenings will run from 9th December, 2015 at THE BEACH, opposite JBR and the schedule of films will be announced in the coming weeks.
